96 [link removed] Fellow American,

It’s been more
than 50 years since we tragically lost one of our greatest American
leaders, Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.

Today I hope you will join me in
remembering the legacy he left behind, especially as we are living
through such a difficult time in America today.

While it seems like
we are more divided than ever as a country, I am finding peace and
encouragement in these words from Dr. King:
"Darkness cannot drive out
darkness; only light can do that. Hate cannot drive out hate; only love
can do that."
I hope that we can all live in light and love, and
remember that our neighbor's and fellow countrymen are our fellow
children of God. Nothing will ever be accomplished for good as long as
we hate instead of love one another.

In remembrance,
Deb Fischer
