Today we celebrate and remember the lessons of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. — a day of service that inspires people across the country to come together to serve their community and persevere in the fight for equity.

Citizens in all 50 states will be delivering meals, refurbishing schools and community centers, and contributing to food and clothing drives. We honor Dr. King’s legacy through service projects while addressing the needs of the community.

Together, we can empower individuals and bridge barriers to move us closer to Dr. King's vision of a "Beloved Community.”

There are many ways to commit to making your community a better place — your service honors our beloved civil rights leader’s life and teachings.
