I am proud to share the American Enterprise Institute’s 2020 Annual Report <[link removed]>, which highlights our central role in advancing ideas for American prosperity, constitutionalism, and security amid our nation’s historic
challenges.

AEI has stood as a guiding light in a year when America’s founding ideals and the well-being of its citizens have been tested in so many ways. Our scholars have remained steadfast in service of AEI’s principles and values, civilly challenging orthodoxies in the academy, in our culture and politics, and on the left and the right. We have—and always will—let empiricism, principle, and truth guide our work.

In the coming year and years, we will continue to do everything we can to strengthen and renew America’s core governing institutions, increase economic and social mobility, support and revitalize America’s free-market economy, and champion a strong American role in the world.

I hope you will explore the report <[link removed]>, share it with your friends and colleagues, and engage with the Institute as we rise to meet our nation’s enormous challenges ahead. On behalf of all of us at AEI, thank you for your interest in our work.

With gratitude,

Robert Doar
