John,

There is so much on the line for both our country and our movement right now:

A new Congress was just sworn in, the Inauguration is just days away, and we are still facing massive threats of white supremacist violence across the country this upcoming week.

We want to make sure that, with all that we face right now, the needs of Black folks are not ignored (as they so often are).

That’s why we’re gearing up to release three important ad campaigns on issues that must be addressed immediately.

We’re going to highlight our efforts to defund the police, reiterate that we keep us safe, and demand President-elect Biden take swift and bold action to protect Black lives and end white supremacy.

This is our opportunity to make a big impact in the Biden-Harris administration's first 100 days, but these ads can only be as powerful as the viewers watching them -- and we need your help to get them in front of as many eyes as possible.

We need to raise $100,000 to run these ads on digital platforms nationwide and TVs in Washington, D.C. before Inauguration Day on Wednesday. Chip in whatever you can to help.

It’s CRITICAL that we get these messages in front of citizens and elected officials next week. Right now, leaders are setting the political agenda for the next few years -- and we refuse to be left out.

But here’s the thing, John: These urgent ad campaigns will only make an impact if we can raise the money quickly and get them in front of the right people during this historic and transformative moment.

So, we need your help. Can you rush a donation in now? We can raise our $100,000 budget if you pitch in immediately.

In love and solidarity,

Black Lives Matter Global Network
