John,

Our push to expel Members of Congress that were involved with and defend the insurrection is gaining momentum.

On Friday Speaker Nancy Pelosi said:

“If in fact it is found that Members of Congress were accomplices to this insurrection, if they aided and abetted the crime, there may have to be actions taken beyond the Congress in terms of prosecution."

Members of Congress were involved, we have their public statements to prove it. But if we want the Speaker to take action, we have to show her the groundswell of support for it nationwide.

Help us keep the momentum by adding your name now to our petition demanding the removal of insurrectionist members of Congress.

ADD YOUR NAME

I'll highlight one Member of Congress that must be removed now to give an example of what we're talking about here: Republican Representative Lauren Boebert.

On the morning of January 6th, Congresswoman Boebert tweeted that “today is 1776” and that “I will fight with everything I have to ensure the fairness of the election".

That is not the worst of it though...

Boebert tweeted information on the location of House Speaker Nancy Pelosi during the siege.

You read that right. While a violent mob hell bent on insurrection carried nooses and yelled "where's Nancy" in the halls of Congress and despite being repeatedly instructed by the House Sergeant of Arms to not post anything on social media, Boebert tweeted.

While there is still a lot that will need to be uncovered through an investigation, like who removed the panic buttons from Ayanna Pressley office or why some Republican Members of Congress gave tours of the Capitol to some of the seditionists in the days before the attack, it is already clear that Boebert must be expelled.

We must act to remove those who would aid and abet an insurrection. If we don’t expel Members of Congress who supported an attempted coup, then it’s only a matter of time before the next attack.

Add your name now and show leaders in Congress that America demands accountability.

Thank you for taking action. Momentum is building and we must keep up the pressure for the sake of protecting Democracy in America.
