Most will agree, 2020 was a hard year. Throughout our local, state, and national government we have witnessed first hand our Constitutional rights being eroded. We come to see that when decisions and power are centralized, a republic begins to wither. This is why our Founders inserted so many checks and balances into the federal Constitution and why they knew that any level of government must have clearly defined limits. We believe that the Idaho Legislature is taking important steps to ensure our state and local government stays within those clear, defined limits outlined in our State Constitution. We are eager to see where the current legislation will go and what other action may be taken during the session to protect our Constitutional rights along with important checks and balances on Idaho's government.
Also, keep in mind that this is an important time for Idahoans to voice their concerns and participate in the process of our self-governing republic. We encourage you to find out who your legislators are and how to contact them. If you would like to follow the legislative session, hearings will be streamed live and some committees will be taking public testimony virtually HERE. Current legislative proposals may be found HERE.
We are excited to continue to work with you to "secure the blessings of liberty" here in our great state of Idaho.
Sincerely,
Legislation on the Move...

Idaho Legislators Hit The Ground Running with a 2021 Conservative Agenda
A group of conservative state legislators and Idaho’s Lieutenant Governor plan to hit the ground running with an Idaho Conservative Agenda for the 2021 Legislative Session. The agenda seeks to lower taxes, reduce government, and restore freedoms. The conservative legislators believe it is time to re-assert important checks and balances and restore the balance of power between the state's branches of government.

“It does not take a majority to prevail… but rather an irate, tireless minority, keen on setting brushfires of freedom in the minds of men.”
– Samuel Adams
