Florida's Republican leaders have made a habit of embarrassing our state and failing to fulfill their new duties. But earlier this month, Senator Rick Scott hit a new low.

Even after the Capitol was besieged by armed insurrectionists, Senator Scott still voted to overturn the results of a free and fair election. What's worse, he was the only member of Republican leadership in the Senate to cast such a vote, lending legitimacy to baseless claims of election fraud. We must hold Senator Scott accountable. Sign our petition condemning his vote.

Let's be clear: False allegations of a stolen election have proven divisive, dangerous, and deadly. But it's clear that Senator Scott is more concerned with showing loyalty to a traitorous president than he is with upholding his oath of office and commitment to the American people.
