“Tillis votes again with Trump on border emergency declaration, despite NC military cuts” — The News & Observer

Add a donation to Cal Cunningham’s campaign for U.S. Senate in North Carolina and help send Thom Tillis packing next year: [link removed]

________________________________________________

Senator Thom Tillis just voted in favor of allowing the White House to divert military funding to pay for Trump’s border wall project -- again .

Multiple Republicans had the courage to stand up and do what’s right by our military families, but not Tillis. He consistently shows the people of North Carolina that he’s just too weak to do the right thing.

Diverting money from military construction projects will cost our state more than $80 million, hurting jobs and local communities.

They may try to raid even more now that the White House knows they have an ally like Thom Tillis in their back pocket -- who will let them get away with this kind of irresponsible and dangerous behavior.

North Carolinians know they deserve a leader who will look out for them, not just play political games. That’s why the last three public polls have Cal Cunningham ahead of Thom Tillis in this election. Will you add a donation before our FEC fundraising deadline on Monday to help us flip this Senate seat and finally have an independent leader in Washington?

CONTRIBUTE NOW: [link removed]

North Carolina needs elected officials who will stand up for our state, not a weak politician who puts his own self interest first. We deserve better, and that’s why your donation is so important.

Thanks for standing with us,

— Team Cal
