In Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s words, “the President chose to be an insurrectionist. How we go forward is a subject for this caucus.”

 

The House has successfully held Trump accountable for the pain and suffering he has put this country through for the past four years not once but twice. But more importantly, Democrats have made it clear that attacking our democracy has consequences.

 

The Senate failing to act now would set a dangerous precedent, but right now, we need your help to protect the Democrats who are fighting to hold Trump accountable for his highest crimes and his pettiest misdemeanors. We know that Trump's Republicans in Congress will do anything they can to protect him and let him retire freely -- and that includes spending MILLIONS against the Democrats who moved to impeach.
