****Friend,

In case you missed it, Rep. Andy Biggs tried to scare me into being
quiet about his role in inciting violence, and the story has grown.

As The Arizona Republic reports,

Rep. Biggs' legal team -- led by the same lawyer who represented the
Trump campaign in Arizona election lawsuits -- claims I attacked his
reputation in social media posts.

Their claims are baseless and infringe on my First Amendment rights.
This is nothing more than a desperate attempt to distract and deceive
the American people. My lawyer summed it up best:

Tom Ryan, Greene's lawyer, told The Arizona Republic the letter "has all
of the strength of a sloppy Kleenex."

Meanwhile the real case, the one about Biggs and his alleged involvement
in the violent insurrection at our Capitol, is growing louder.

Even The Lincoln Project recently released a video solely about Biggs.

It's clear that Andy Biggs must be removed from office, and we're
working to make it happen.

We must also be ready for whatever attacks he throws at us next.

And what about when the seat is finally empty? We can NOT risk another
Biggs/Trump clone taking this seat.
