This week, we witnessed another monumental moment in our nation's history: the second impeachment of a sitting United States President.


The Biden-Harris administration also announced a $1.9 trillion spending package and reaffirmed their commitment to reverse Trump’s disastrous policies by taking steps to:

* Prioritize COVID-19 Recovery Funds for Impacted State Economies
* Provide $1,400 in stimulus checks
* Repeal the Muslim Ban
* Restore Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA)



The swift and bold action taken by our federal officials and incoming administration, is symbolic of the new era of progressive Democratic reform sweeping throughout our country. But there’s a lot more work to do to ensure our nation not only makes a full recovery, but builds back better.


Join me in leading the fight in the New York State Senate to achieve fiscal justice by taxing the rich, advocating a bold plan to eradicate child poverty, and lay the groundwork for progressive legislative victories in our newly formed supermajority!
