Friend,
Did you know that right now it's impossible for the Kansas Legislature to pass ANY law regulating abortion?
That's right. Two years the Kansas Supreme Court declared an unlimited right to abortion in our Kansas Constitution, meaning our Legislature cannot pass any new laws regarding abortion and the ones already on the books are vulnerable to legal challenge.

It's why we need the Value Them Both constitutional amendment, and why we need to replace Laura Kelly with a Republican governor who will appoint pro-life judges to our courts.

Will you help us?

Friend,
you and I know that unlimited abortions hurt both women and babies. Horrific procedures like partial birth abortions and live dismemberment abortions DO NOT reflect our Kansas values.

With your help, we can get this constitutional amendment on the ballot and we can replace Laura Kelly - who continues to fill our state courts with radical pro-abortion judges.

Here's some helpful information you can pass along to your friends and family to help explain why we need this amendment.

What is Value Them Both?

It’s a constitutional amendment that would restore power to the people through their elected representatives to make reasonable restrictions on abortion.

Why do we need Value Them Both?

The Kansas Supreme Court recently found an unlimited right to abortion in the state constitution. That ruling has created the legal basis to invalidate ALL current restrictions on abortion ever passed by our Legislature.

Without Value Them Both, Kansas could be the only state in America that allows unrestricted abortions on even healthy babies up until the moment of birth. Even basic health and safety standards for abortion clinics meant to protect women could be invalidated.

Limitless abortions hurt women and babies. Under this court ruling, extreme procedures like partial-birth abortion and live dismemberment abortions would be allowed. Those horrific policies do not reflect our Kansas values.

Does Value Them Both ban all abortions?

To be clear - anyone who tells you Value Them Both “bans all abortions” in Kansas is lying. This amendment simply restores your voice in how our state regulates abortion and protects the existing reasonable restrictions passed by overwhelming majorities in the Kansas Legislature.

If passed through the Legislature, every Kansan will have the opportunity to vote to pass or reject Value Them Both during the next August election.

Bottom Line:

Kansans are very passionate about this issue. They should have a voice. Value Them Both gives them that voice.

Thank you for all of your support and thank you for keeping up this important fight. Anything you can contribute will go a long way towards ensuring Kansas is a state that values the culture of life.
