You know the song, you know the movie, but do you know the movement?
This new film tells the story of the real-life women who organized for better pay, more advancement opportunities and an end to sexual harassment. Watch the trailer here. The documentary will air on PBS in February, but you're invited to an advance screening featuring remarks from Academy Award-winning director Julia Reichert and other female leaders in the labor movement, including AFL-CIO Secretary-Treasurer Liz Shuler. The screening has a limited number of slots, so make sure you RSVP now to reserve your spot!
