Dear Friend,

Terrified minks relentlessly pace and cry out in filthy wire cages. Their misery
will come to an agonizing end when a worker yanks them out, crudely gasses or
electrocutes them, and pulls the skin off their bodies so that it can become part of some heartless person’s fur coat.

Pregnant alpacas scream and vomit in fear as workers slam them onto tables and
begin roughly shearing them, leaving behind painful, bloody wounds —all so that their fleece can be turned into someone’s sweater.

Dozens of crocodiles languish in crowded, fetid pits of water until a worker
cuts into their necks and rams a metal rod down their spines , leaving them to die slowly.

The horrors endured by victims of the fashion industry are almost unimaginable. Today, we need the help of every committed PETA supporter to stop their
suffering.

Please power our critically important work for minks, crocodiles, and all
animals by making a special gift right now.

you an exclusive “I Support Animal Rights” face mask. Please don’t wait—we must
reach our goal of 30,000 contributions by our January 30 deadline.

It’s appalling to see how sensitive animals are being abused and killed for a
trivial human whim, someone’s cruel idea of “fashion.” That’s why at every turn,
PETA is challenging the belief that animals are here to use in any way we wish,
helping consumers, designers, and even massive corporations understand that all animals deserve respect and compassion.

Recently, we helped persuade retail giants Macy’s and Nordstrom to announce that
they were finally going fur-free and pushed Sephora and Velour to drop mink-fur
eyelashes. Our landmark investigation into the hideous alpaca industry led
companies like ESPRIT, UNIQLO, Ann Taylor, and dozens of others to ditch alpaca
fleece. Together, we’ve helped spare countless crocodiles, ostriches, and other
animals immense suffering by persuading big names in fashion like Calvin Klein,
Tommy Hilfiger, and Karl Lagerfeld to stop using exotic skins.

But despite all that we accomplished last year, we cannot rest —not while companies like Canada Goose, Urban Outfitters, and Louis Vuitton
still embrace the tremendous cruelty sewn into many of the products that they
sell.

Will you be one of the 30,000 supporters who renew by making a gift of $8 or
more? Hurry—this special discount is only available until January 30!

for all beings in 2021.

Kind regards,

Ingrid E. Newkirk
