Friend,
It’s Cory, I'm Doug’s Campaign Manager. We received this note from John, a veteran in Selma who recently made a contribution to Doug’s campaign. We thought you’d like to read why he chipped in:
As a veteran, I believe it is important to have someone in office who is level headed. I support Doug Jones because he is sensible and interested in doing what’s right and fair for all citizens. His opinion is not driven by special interest groups. He is willing to work with folks on both sides of the aisle who are interested in working together for the common good. And that is what this country needs.
Doug is in a great position to win next year, but he needs all the help he can get from his supporters. That’s why John is challenging everyone reading this email to help match his $100 donation to Doug’s re-election campaign. [[link removed]]
CHIP IN $25 >> [[link removed]]
John gave to Doug because he believes Doug is what this country needs. That’s why John is challenging everyone reading this email to help match his donation and keep Doug in the Senate.
Take on John’s challenge and step up for Doug by helping to match his contribution. If everyone reading this email chipped in what they can, we'd be well on our way to making history again. [[link removed]]
I want to thank John for sharing his story, and I hope you take on his challenge. Let’s keep up the good work and keep Doug in the Senate.
