Stars Seize the Awkward for Suicide Prevention Month

Check out PopSugar and Billboard to read all about how these stars are empowering teens and young adults to talk about mental health.

Seize the Awkward has also partnered with Facebook Creative Shop and NYC chain Café Grumpy to encourage people to check in on their friends over a hot cup of coffee. Read more about how you can participate.
