John,
We've prepared all along for this to be a hard-fought race. But Matt Bevin's campaign appears to be falling apart in the homestretch.
According to Politico: "Kentucky governor makes last-minute campaign shakeup" in a "potentially ominous sign" and calls in a D.C. political operative to salvage his flailing reelection.
It's no wonder why Bevin's campaign is such a mess. In recent weeks Matt Bevin has gone after his own lieutenant governor and doubled down on his attacks on teachers. He's still refusing to explain his use of the state plane--even saying it's none of our business what he does with the taxpayer-funded jet.
It's been a no-good, very-bad past few months for him.
But John, none of this is going to matter if Matt Bevin and his big-money allies are able to swamp us in spending at the end. Help us keep the pressure up and donate today.

With Matt Bevin's campaign falling apart, we're in a strong position to win. But the other side is throwing everything they've got at us and hoping something sticks--and they have a lot of money backing them up.
Let's make sure that Matt Bevin isn't able to use his big money to get back on track. We need your support today. Pitch in now!
