Kick off 2021 right - Support our Annual Fund Drive to fight
Alzheimer's.

Dear John,

During the last year, an unprecedented
time in our history, the support from friends like you in the fight
against Alzheimer's disease has been invaluable.

A new year offers a fresh start
- and that's exactly why we're asking you to make your first
gift today to our 2021 Annual Fund Drive. Only with your help can we
further our mission to lead the way to end Alzheimer's and all other
dementia - by accelerating global research, driving risk
reduction and early detection, and maximizing quality care and
support.

Without question, we have serious
challenges ahead. The United States is anticipating an increase in the
disease's prevalence. Currently 16 million Alzheimer's caregivers face
the challenge of providing an estimated 18.6 billion hours of unpaid
care and support in the United States. And the ongoing COVID-19
pandemic continues to impose additional challenges on those impacted
by Alzheimer's.

Still, I know that our community will
come together to help us work toward our vision of a world without
Alzheimer's and all other dementia. Please join us in support of this
movement and help us provide care and support and accelerate research
throughout this new year with your first gift to our 2021 Annual Fund
Drive now. Consider making your gift today in honor of a friend,
family member or coworker impacted by Alzheimer's.

Our 2021 Annual Fund Drive is one of
our most important efforts because it helps us prepare for top
priorities in the year ahead, such as:

* Supporting caregivers through virtual support groups and
education programs.
* Researching and promoting the adoption of evidence-based best
practices for dementia care in long-term care communities.
* Continuing to help accelerate the world's most promising
dementia research.

Only with the support of people like
you can we continue our fight against this devastating disease.

Sincerely,

Donna McCullough
