A president's greatest responsibility is to defend the constitution of the United States against all enemies—foreign and domestic. The sanctity and security of democracy endures only with our collective oath to protect it.

I fully support the impeachment of Donald Trump.

We have witnessed many historic—and often divisive— events over the last few months. Now we must begin the process of healing, but also make clear that threats to our democracy will not be tolerated.

Thank you to the brave men and women in Congress who used their voices to stand for democracy—and for us.
