Day 10: Suppressing GOP Voters

Governor Gavin Newsom and the California Legislators have a personal vendetta against President Donald Trump. That is why they don't want to see him on the ballot in 2020.

Making the list on the final day of our Ten Days of Vetos, is SB 27.

SB 27 prevents President Trump from appearing on the primary ballot in California unless he releases his tax returns, suppressing the votes of million of California Republican Voters

We know Newsom has already signed this bill. But this list would not be complete without mentioning this crass political ploy. The Democrats have a super majority in both chambers of the legislature. They could have seriously tried to find solutions for issues like homelessness, housing costs or our failing school.

They chose tax returns.

And now they are spending even more tax payer money on fighting it in court.

Is this the worst bill the Democrat controlled Legislature has passed?
