The Fraser Institute's Canada-US Energy Sector Competitiveness Survey was released this morning.
The results? Not good for Alberta.
Oklahoma and Texas are considered far more attractive for oil and gas investment.
What is to blame? Canada’s onerous and uncertain regulatory environment, along with our lack of pipeline capacity.
