Our fall season of bike classes begins on October 19. Learn from certified bike instructors how to ride a bike, practice the skills you learn, and ride confidently on the road. Classes return in October.

We’ve partnered with the Arlington Public Library to create a monthly Bike Book Club. October's book is
White Trash by Nancy Isenberg, a fascinating read about the 400-year history of class in America. This book has been called "gripping” by the Washington Post, and O Magazine says, “This eye-opening investigation into our country’s entrenched social hierarchy is acutely relevant.” We’ll ride to Cherrydale Library to discuss the book. It’s the perfect way to explore Arlington while meeting new people and catching up on your reading.

Deciding what type of bike to purchase is a big deal. Get familiar with the types of bikes and what makes each one unique before you head off to the bike shop. Knowing if you want to ride a century or ride to the store will make a huge difference in what you will eventually purchase.
