The mob that ran riot in the halls of Congress last week replaced the American flag with Confederate and MAGA flags. White supremacists, QAnon conspiracy theorists, and members of the far-right smashed windows and rampaged the Capitol and the offices of our nation’s leaders.

One woman who breached the building and watched a man destroy a Chinese scroll told a reporter with The New York Times, “We don’t want Chinese bullshit.”

Donald Trump’s continuous use of race-baiting language like “Chinese virus” and “Kung-Flu” led to Asian Americans being subject to an increased number of hate crimes, both verbal and physical, in the past year.

These racist and hate fueled attacks are inexcusable -- and today, we want to hear from you.
