Last night, Alexandria went on Instagram Live to talk about what’s happening to our country. Her words really moved us, and we thought you might need to hear them too. 

As we all process the trauma of what happened at the Capitol, the natural question is what comes next. We can’t move on like Wednesday’s attack never happened. Our democracy is fragile. We have to cherish it. We have to protect it.

And, we will. Together. White supremacists will never, EVER, live in a world where their fantasies come true. Ted Cruz and Josh Hawley will never be president or command the respect of this country. The mob will lose and The People will win.
