Last week we witnessed an angry mob attack the Capitol in an effort to block the certification of the presidential election — efforts that the President encouraged. So today, when the House votes on articles of impeachment against the president, I will be voting in favor of impeachment. We must set a precedent that no president — no matter their political party — can get away with encouraging and inciting violence against the government.
