The House just voted with bipartisan support to impeach Donald Trump for
inciting an insurrection and failed coup to retain power that resulted in
five dead.

Armed protests and demonstrations are expected in all 50 states this
weekend and Washington D.C. has more than 10,000 National Guard members on
standby in preparation for violence all throughout next week.

The Senate cannot wait a week or longer to BEGIN the impeachment trial
against Donald Trump.

He must be impeached and convicted as quickly as possible due to the
existential threat he represents to our democracy — Let alone be given the
time to pardon himself or those involved in the insurrection.

McConnell claims to be outraged about Donald Trump’s support for a failed
coup — Now is the time to force him to put his words into action.
