John,
Growing up on the south side of Chicago and as a teacher here in the 7th District of Illinois, I’ve seen firsthand how little our corrupt, complacent government actually cares about us.
Yesterday’s impeachment announcement was a step in the right direction against an administration that clearly operates without regard for honesty, but the real question is: How do we stop this from happening in the first place?
By electing everyday people who know the struggles of everyday life and want to create a government that stands for the people, not for personal gain. For too long, we’ve allowed our elected officials to do nothing but keep getting reelected with the help of big money.
That’s why I don’t take a dime of corporate PAC or special interest money. This campaign is supported by people who agree that IL-07 deserves representatives who actually care and who will actually fix this broken system. At just six days from 9/30 FEC deadline, I’m hoping you’ll help us show how strong our movement is by contributing today.
Will you help us keep up the fight by giving $25, $50, $100, or whatever you can today?
Together, we can break down the system that has allowed IL-07 to go ignored for too long.
