More flexibility with contact names |

Over the years, we’ve received feedback from clients asking us to remove the default capitalization of names in an effort to respect the diversity of ways that names can be written across numerous cultures and languages. We’ve listened to this feedback, and starting on Wednesday, January 13th, we’ll be changing the default proper casing on contact record names so that it will reflect how the name is entered by any data entry method, including bulk upload and online forms, rather than automatically capitalize the first letter of the first and last name.
