When you think of what to eat for dinner, you probably don’t take your Arthritis, aching joints or throbbing back into account. But you very well should.
The food you eat can play a major role in how you feel – and that includes your physical aches and pain.
I used to think that Arthritis was something that you only had to worry late in life. But it seems like even in my early 40’s, I’m hearing from more and more friends looking for advice because they are suffering from Arthritis and joint pain at such a young age. It has a lot to do with the foods they eat.
Even if you don’t have Arthritis now, I’m sure you want to prevent it. And I bet you know a few people who do have Arthritis so they’ll appreciate you forwarding this to them.
