Our work continues with keeping the latest fact-based information about the nuts and bolts of our elections up to date. With added scrutiny about voting equipment in the US, we’re working hard to ensure researchers, journalists, and the public have access to reliable, nonpartisan data. 
 
That’s why we’re excited to announce the newest features on our Verifier tool at www.verifiedvoting.org/verifier to help answer your most commonly-asked questions about voting equipment: 

ICYMI, since the website’s launch last fall, we’ve made other important updates to the Verifier, including adding data on electronic poll books, adding an “At A Glance” dashboard to give users a snapshot of voting equipment usage, and updating our county-level tooltips to succinctly display ballot marking method, tabulation method, and electronic poll book type. Plans are already in the works to roll out even more features in the coming months (like a map devoted to voting equipment vendors!), in addition to making sure we continue to update and maintain the Verifier.
 
Our evidence-based tools are more important than ever, and the sky’s the limit for how deep we can dive into our existing data, how much more data we can integrate, and the new ways we can show data in an interesting, interactive way that the public can understand.
