John,
I just wanted to follow-up on Ashanti's email from earlier this week. If you haven’t yet, take a minute to watch the video we just released about our big plans for the next fifteen years.
We have major goals for what’s next, but it takes a community to expand on what we’ve built. If you’re as excited for the next fifteen years as we are, take a minute to share this video with your networks.

John,
Historically, our elected officials have not looked like the people they represent. For the past 15 years, Emerge has worked tirelessly to change that — recruiting and training Democratic women to run for office and win.
It’s time for us to move into the next phase.
We put together a video with our vision for the next 15 years, take a minute to watch it.
We have grown from a single program to a national organization with 27 state affiliates, to train more than 4,000 alums — 740 of which are in elected office, and 400 won their races in November.
Over the next 15 years, we’ll focus on expanding our reach, lifting as we climb, and repowering political structures.
We need you to help us grow this movement, so I am asking you to share this with your networks.

The vision for Emerge 2035 is one where women of the New American Majority (NAM), the Black, Brown, and Indigenous women, women of color, LGBTQ+ women, young women, and unmarried women, and so many others from underrepresented communities whose voices haven’t been heard, are front and center in our country’s leadership.
The revolution to make this a reality is already underway. I hope you’ll join us.
Sincerely,
A'shanti F. Gholar
President of Emerge
