Inaugural Reception - Wednesday, January 20th at 8:00 pm
The KDP will be teaming up with the Missouri Democratic Party to celebrate the swearing in of President Elect Joe Biden and Vice President Elect Kamala Harris. We will be joined by the KDP Chair and Vice Chair, the Biden Campaign Whip Chair for Kansas, and the Obama Administration's Ambassador to Ireland! This is an event you won't want to miss, and tickets start at only $10.00.

KDP is also encouraging Democrats across Kansas to participate in its Day(s) of Service.  Help us commemorate Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. as we join in a Day of Service across the United States. Due to COVID19 we have decided to opt out of in-person service projects and will instead host a clothing drive! Check here to find the County Party Drop Off Site closest to you! 

On Tuesday, January 19th at 4:30 pm, we will be joining Democrats in Washington, D.C. to memorialize victims of COVID-19 and ask you to light a candle for a moment of silence at home in remembrance of these Kansans.  KDP will be amplifying our memorials through social media.
