In 2019, ARC established a Women's and Non-Binary Services Department to focus on gender responsive services. The Department works to includes trauma informed care in all aspects of programs and building relationships. Working with other sister organizations, we create a bridge between all services dedicated to women’s membership. These resources include housing, legal services, and building community. Through sisterhood, the women’s group has created a supportive community of strong women who are empowered to share their experiences to change policy, impact change, and inspire other women. We also offer creative outlets through groups, visual arts, and writing groups specific to women’s issues.
