Justice Democrats

John, Hello Somebody!

I’m running for Congress in Ohio’s 11th Congressional District — and I’m running as a proud Justice Democrat.

Our campaign for Congress and our progressive movement is about using policy to ensure Black Lives Matter, revitalizing the economy with Green New Deal jobs, ensuring everyone has healthcare with Medicare for All, and ending the outsized influence of corporations and the top 1 percent in our democracy. From serving as co-chair of the Bernie Sanders campaign for president in 2020, to my days as an Ohio State Senator, I’ve been fighting alongside all of you for these things for a while now.

Together we are going to fight for a Democratic Party that belongs to voters, not corporate donors. If you’re with me, help us build this movement by splitting a donation between my campaign and Justice Democrats right now.

While the very rich are reaping the benefits of unprecedented wealth gains, millions are barely holding on. The pandemic has only deepened the crisis of income and wealth inequality.

We have an extremely rare (and short) opportunity for bold solutions. Our multiple crises require immediate action on all fronts: from the pandemic, to climate chaos, and white supremacist violence, there’s a real urgency for unprecedented action.

Our campaign for Congress and Justice Democrats are ready to fight for the changes we need right now. Let’s bring the power back to the people.

My Congresswoman, Rep. Marcia Fudge, has been nominated to be the next Secretary of Housing and Urban Development by Joe Biden. After she is confirmed by the Senate, I will be facing a crowded primary for the opportunity to succeed her in serving the people of Ohio's 11th. It’s going to be a tough race and your grassroots support will help me reach more voters, run more ads, and build an effective campaign.

Split a contribution between our campaign and Justice Democrats so we can fight for the changes we so desperately need in this country.

If we’re going to succeed, we need to all be in this fight together. That’s why I’m so grateful for the support of Justice Democrats and so many folks like you.

In solidarity,

Nina Turner
