In the aftermath of the terrorist attack on the Capitol, Democracy for America endorsed Members of Congress instantly got to work to prevent it from happening again.

Take a look at just some of the actions they lead:

  • Representatives Ilhan Omar and Ayanna Pressley introduced articles to impeach Trump.
  • Representative Ro Khanna successfully pressured Amazon Web Services to deny services to the far right-wing site, Parler, which is where some of this attack was planned.
  • Representative Jamaal Bowman will introduce legislation to investigate what enabled the terrorists to breach the Capitol.
  • On This Week with ABC News, Representative Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez demanded action against Republicans telling them that unity requires accountability.

They’re leading the entire Congress to take action, hold the terrorists accountable, and make sure it doesn’t happen again and each of them won their elections with the hard work and support of DFA members nationwide.
