I hope this message finds you safe and recovering from the horror of last week's events at the Capitol. This Wednesday, although we are still reeling from the past, we are coming together to focus on the future ? and I want you to join us.
That's why I'm inviting you to a virtual meeting that LCV is sponsoring with Rep. Kathy Castor [link removed], Chair of the House Select Committee on the Climate Crisis and one of our biggest champions in Congress. During this virtual meeting we will examine the impacts of the climate crisis and the opportunities for action with a new Congress and the Biden administration ? including the Select Committee's climate action roadmap "Solving The Climate Crisis" [link removed] report as well as the committee's agenda for 2021.
As the nation continues to adjust and navigate through these uncertain times, the virtual meeting with Rep. Castor will give you the opportunity to learn more about upcoming climate initiatives and discuss solutions. We are asking supporters like you and allies across the Conservation Voter Movement to come together to learn from each other, talk about what's next, and find out ways you can make a difference.
