Tell Congress, Vice President Pence, and Trump's Cabinet:
“Donald Trump provoked an armed attack by right-wing militants and white supremacists to storm the U.S. Capitol and disrupt the Electoral College vote count. He is clearly incapable of performing his duties for the remainder of his term as President of the United States. All federal officials with the power to remove Trump from office—Congress, the cabinet, the Vice President—must immediately do so through the means offered them in the U.S. Constitution.”

John,
Each day that Donald Trump remains in office is a threat to our democracy, and the security of our nation and communities.
Tonight, the U.S. House will vote on a resolution calling on Vice President Mike Pence and Donald Trump’s remaining Cabinet to invoke the 25th Amendment and remove Trump from office.
Tomorrow, the House will vote on one or more articles of impeachment, which could make Trump the only President in the history of the United States to be impeached multiple times.
All federal officials with the constitutional power to remove Donald Trump from office must do so immediately. Already, more than 260,000 people have signed this petition, which will be delivered to Congress tomorrow. Add your name today!
Trump’s term in office ends next Wednesday, but the damage he has done to the office of the presidency and our government institutions will take years, if not generations to repair. Let’s begin to repair and defend our democracy by holding Donald Trump accountable for inciting an insurrectionist mob whose goal was to overturn the results of our free and fair presidential election.
Thank you,
Deborah Weinstein Executive Director, Coalition on Human Needs
