Has the stress of current events begun to make you feel hopeless? Are you worried about the future? Are you feeling the constant underlying stress of chronic impending doom?

Today's article is more of a personal note from me to you.

I know things look pretty bad right now, and there's no denying that we're in for a bumpy ride. But there ARE things we can do to face the road ahead.

History shows us that there have been many terrible eras - worse than what we're dealing with - but people learned to adapt and overcome, and eventually, for most, things were good once again. I know that doesn't make right now any better, but at the very heart of preparedness lies hope. It focuses on the hope we can survive and the hope for a better future.

Here's why I firmly believe that you are going to be okay.

I believe with all my heart that the resilient will survive and that one day, things will be good again. I hope that my thoughts on all this make sense and help you to feel better if you're struggling right now with the events in our country.
