January 6th was an extremely terrifying day for our Democracy. We witnessed an angry mob storm the Capitol in an effort to block the certification of the presidential election. Even worse — the President encouraged and incited this violence. This goes directly against the president’s duty to uphold our Constitution, and it’s why Congress must proceed with impeachment hearings.
