GOP Sens. Josh Hawley, Ted Cruz, and Ron Johnson supported the failed coup
attempt that claimed half a dozen lives.

They ALL serve on select Senate committees that would be responsible for
investigating the failed coup they were a key part of.

Hawley, Cruz, Johnson and other high-ranking Senate Republicans claim no
responsibility for the insurrection and assault on our democracy that they
organized and led. Hawley and Cruz were even caught personally fundraising
off of the insurrection while open gunfire was being reported at the
Capitol.

These Republican Senators have a clear conflict of interest and we cannot
allow for them to intervene and obstruct an investigation into themselves.
