Carl has a Sept 30 fundraising report deadline to hit. That’s when his campaign (and every campaign in America) have to publicly release the tally of what was raised that quarter. Because the election was moved up to March 3, the 9-30 report is Carl’s FIRST and ONLY report before the candidate filing period ends. That’s why this Sept 30 report is CRUCIAL.

Carl MUST SHOW STRENGTH on his first fundraising report and deter the Democrats from putting more money in to flip the seat he’s in.
