Hello,

I took an oath to defend and protect our Constitution. That's why I take so seriously reports from our intelligence community that the President leveraged the power and influence of his office for his own political gain.

A system of checks and balances is the basis of our democracy, and neither side of the aisle should decide whether or not to fulfill their own oaths to the Constitution based on what is good for their party. It is the constitutional duty of our Congress to serve as a check to the executive branch, and therefore it's their duty to open an impeachment inquiry to ensure the safety and security of our democracy.

Texas deserves a senator who will stand up for the American people, and put country over party. Sen. Cornyn has proven time and again he's not willing to stand up to his D.C. bosses and special interest donors. That's why I chose to run against him. If you agree, you can donate to my campaign here.
