Friend,

Over the past two months, current and former Republican AGs have tried to overturn the results of 2020's free and fair election - an election that saw record participation - to hand the presidency to Donald Trump. Here are just a few examples of what they've attempted:

>> First, Republican AGs refused to accept that President-Elect Biden won the election, with Utah AG Sean Reyes even going across state lines to Nevada in search of non-existent fraud to work on behalf of Trump to try to invalidate the results.

>> Next, a group of 18 Republican AGs tried to throw out legally cast votes in battleground states in a frivolous lawsuit that was swiftly rejected by the U.S. Supreme Court.

>> Then, indicted Texas AG Ken Paxton, spoke at the rally preceding the attack on our capitol.

>> And finally, just hours after pro-Trump extremists attacked the U.S. Capitol, former Missouri AG Sen. Josh Hawley, alongside former Texas Solicitor General Sen. Ted Cruz, continued their efforts to overturn the results of the election.

Throughout the election, our Democratic AGs have fought at every step of the way to protect every legal vote that was cast and uphold the will of the American people. And when Republican AGs tried to overturn the results, Dem AGs fought back.

Let's make no mistake: the lies and deception that Republicans have used to delegitimize the election are the same lies that fueled the violence at our own U.S. Capitol.

We need more Democratic AGs who will protect voting rights and fight against attempts to destabilize democracy. Will you make a $10 donation now to help us hold Republicans accountable and elect more Democratic AGs?
