John, it’s time for Donald Trump to leave office.

The attack on the Capitol was nothing other than a violent, white nationalist uprising ignited by Trump’s lies about election fraud and his unhinged desire to remain in power.

His blatant encouragement at his rally earlier that day gave his supporters permission to descend upon the Capitol in a maniacal frenzy to participate in a coup that put Members of Congress in danger and resulted in five deaths.

Donald Trump is a threat to our national security and our democracy. And his actions as a sitting president are repulsive and must not go unchecked.

Barbara is working alongside her colleagues to remove Trump ASAP. The House introduced Impeachment Articles today, charging him with “incitement of insurrection.” But true to form, his Republican enablers in Congress will do everything they can to block impeachment and protect their tyrannical leader.
