Hey there,
Last week we all watched in horror — but not surprise — as violent white supremacists attacked the U.S. Capitol in an attempt to undermine the will of the people and the November 2020 election results.
But this stunning display wasn’t enough to stop six Senators from betraying their oaths and voting against the Electoral College certification results when Congress resumed just a few hours after the attack.
Today House Democrats introduced an article of impeachment against Trump — but this isn’t enough. ALL those who sought to undermine our democracy need to be held accountable. Now, we’re calling for the impeachment and removal of each and every one of them: Josh Hawley in Missouri, Ted Cruz in Texas, Roger Marshall in Kansas, John Kennedy in Louisiana, Tommy Tuberville in Alabama, and Cindy Hyde-Smith in Mississippi. All of them must answer.
Add your name to the petition today if you’re with us: Every one of the eight Senators who betrayed the nation and their power as elected representatives of the people by voting against the Electoral College results must be impeached and removed from office immediately. We must hold them accountable.
This group of Shameful Senators made the choice to stand by Donald Trump one last time, happy to appease a defeated fascist's ego in the final hours of his failed administration. They’re hoping we all forget their betrayals, and it’s our job to make sure that public pressure becomes so overwhelming Congress has no choice but to act.
Please, sign the United We Dream Action petition calling for the removal of the eight Senators who voted against the will of the people to appease violent white supremacists and an outgoing failure of a President. Every signature counts.
Thanks for joining us in this critical action by adding your name today.
