NATIONAL HUMAN TRAFFICKING AWARENESS DAY

January is National Human Trafficking Awareness and Prevention Month, a vital time to spread awareness and renew our dedication to ending all forms of exploitation. And Jan. 11 is recognized as National Human Trafficking Awareness Day. For nearly 30 years, ECPAT-USA has been leading the charge to prevent this crime before it happens. Join the movement and help us build a bright future for children by safeguarding them from exploitation.

1. Learn how leaders in the private sector are ending trafficking.

Our partnerships with the private sector are crucial to our work, and all this month, we’re excited to feature interviews with leaders in different industries about how they are working to end human trafficking. Read and share the posts here.

2. Check out our latest report.
In partnership with the American Hotel and Lodging Foundation, we're proud to release the newest report in our Unpacking Human Trafficking series. Available on our site now, Volume 3 details the trafficking laws concerning the lodging industry in all 50 states and 23 other jurisdictions. Read more.
3. Become a monthly donor.
Child sex trafficking isn't an issue just during January. But you can make a difference. Commit to helping us protect children from exploitation in all forms by supporting our survivor-informed programs all year long as a monthly donor.
