2020 was a year like none in recent memory. At the turn of 2021, many
of us may be vowing to take some lessons forward from last year, like
slowing down, spending more time with family and appreciating the
little things. No matter what you are striving for this year, the
right supports can help make those goals a reality. Reaching and
surpassing personal goals takes daily mindfulness, discipline and a
steadfast support system to guide you along your journey.

In this edition of E-Speaks, find helpful advice from an autistic 29-year-old on how to make the most of this year, hear the stories of two children on the spectrum who aim to make 2021 their most remarkable year yet, take steps to plan for your financial future in our most recent podcast episode and learn tips to help support your child's development at home.

it's our differences that make all of us so perfectly imperfect.
