Resolved: Intermittent Issues Accessing System
Earlier this morning, an upstream provider experienced unintended issues during a maintenance window, as a result end users may have experienced intermittent issues logging in, as well as intermittent issues with our Targeted Email and Online Actions services.
While these issues should now be resolved, we are continuing to monitor and work with this provider.
