Dear friends –

This week has been difficult for our country, specifically for communities of color. The same week as organizers of color in Georgia helped elect the first Black US Senator and first Jewish US Senator from the South, Washington, DC was targeted by armed white supremacists.

While our communities continue to be under attack by gun violence, our country will have new leadership in Washington, DC and across states. With more allies in elected office, 2021 can be the year we will enact meaningful policies to end gun violence.

Next Sunday, January 17 at 6PM CST/7PM EST [[link removed]] we are hosting a call on what’s next for the movement to end gun violence. Join us to learn more about policy, advocacy, and organizing efforts we have planned for 2021 and beyond.

Please RSVP here [[link removed]] , and share this invite across your networks!

In solidarity,

Gregory Jackson Jr.

Advocacy Director, Community Justice Action Fund
