We are just a few days away from the upcoming legislative session here in Virginia, and Hala has been hard at work putting together her agenda for these upcoming weeks. Her focus is on supporting workers, women, and families and providing resources to guide them through the COVID-19 pandemic and moving Virginia forward.

A few of her top priorities include providing PPE and hazard pay to essential workers, paid family and medical leave, and raising teacher pay.
